GGYC sends letter to Circolo Vela Gargnano
The communication between GGYC, SNG and CVG on the 33rd America's Cup continues unabated. Here's the latest letter, sent from Golden Gate Yacht Club to Circolo Vela Gargnano, replying to the Italian club's previous letter.
Stay tuned for our interview with Francesco de Leo, CEO of Green Comm. It is quite long and it will be published later on. The aforementioned letter was sent after the interview took place.

As expected GGYC can read the Deed of which SNG & CVG can not.
Also of note is who bailed on the other 18-20 challengers
As expected another big mistake by GGYC.
The letter appears written in a rush, is full of contradictions and is very weak.
Didn't they even read SNG's letter of today ??
No actual real reason to deny GVC a chance is indicated !
Anon@10:39. Deny? Real reason? There exists no inherent right to a CSS in the DoG. GGYC here made clear that no delay in the event's date will be negotiated between SNG and the CoR for the benefit of such a CSS.
Written in a rush? Ehman never does anything like that without parsing every word and thinking two or three moves ahead of most everyone around him. CVG and GreenComedy have been cut off at the knees by another clear, concise carta buena.
All GGYC has to do is not respone to today's letter as they have already stated -
'The Deed states that '…when a challenge from a club fulfilling all the conditions required by this instrument has been received, no other challenge can be considered [by the Defender] until the pending event has been decided.'
No need to correspond w/ CVG anymore.
