NZL-84 arrived in Valencia (update)

The Kiwi boat has arrived this morning in sunny Valencia after a trip that lasted almost a month.

According to the latest information we have, NZL-84 is already safe in the base of Emirates Team New Zealand in Port America's Cup. Apparently the strike that Valencia truck drivers started this morning did not affect the America's Cup team.

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to catch this long-awaited moment. Put the blame on Ben Bernanke and the US Federal Reserve for choosing such a day in order to raise US interest rates and hint at further increases. Markets are merciless and can't pause for an America's Cup yacht. As a result, I couldn't move from my chair!!!

Stay tuned to Valencia Sailing for more exclusive content in the following weeks as the next Louis Vuitton Acts are just around the corner!!
