Breitling MedCup Castellón - Race 2: Bribón first, comfortably ahead of Warpath

Bribon's good start at the lefthand side of the line and followed a middle course the whole way up the beat as Platoon did in the previous race.

The German's good luck ran out when they hit the weather mark which meant that they had to do a 360deg penalty turn. Balearia retired from the race shortly after the downwind mark with rudder problems. They carried out running repairs so as to compete in the third race of the day.

Warpath has shown that they are unerringly consistent in both their results and in their boathandling skills - the Emirates Team New Zealand crew onboard bringing their race winning mentality from the recent Louis Vuitton Act 12 in Valencia.
