Open de España Match Race - Day 2: Preview

We just arrived at the Calpe yacht club, host of the Open de España Match Race. The ISAF Grade 2 event started yesterday under very light conditions and a total of five flights were raced.

Leading the leaderboard are Jesper Radich of Desafío Español and Cameron Dunn of Mascalzone Latino Capitalia Team with four victories each. Philippe Presti of Luna Rossa is third having scored three wins while BMW Oracle's Bertrand Pacé is further down the table, ranked fifth with just two points.

Unfortunately, the weather forecast is not very encouraging as light conditions will also continue today.
