Lack of wind cancels all races at second day of RC44 Lugano Cup

For the second consecutive day the RCC44 Lugano Cup is suffering from the very light winds that prevail in the Swiss lake. After a difficult first day, where a number of races had to be cancelled, Thursday was even worse. The four teams were eager to start sailing and at 4pm Principal Race Officer Luciano Forlini started the first of two match races. Unfortunately, within the hour the wind died and that was to be the end of racing for the day. Hopefully, Saturday will prove to be windier than the previous days.
