The new GP42 Quebramar is in Valencia

While Port America's Cup is being rapidly emptied of all remains from the 32nd America's, the GP42 class is getting populated, in view of the Trofeo de la Reina, taking place in Valencia next week.

The Spanish boat Quebramar is now in the Desafío Español base and is being fitted out in order to be ready for the races. We will obviously provide extensive coverage of this event, the first one to include 10 GP42 boats in their maiden appearance.

The fact the boat is at the Spanish base is certainly not a coincidence. In fact its crew will consist of sailors that took part in the 32nd America's Cup with the Spanish challenger. She will be helmed by Laureano Wizner and Santi Lopez Vazquez will be calling tactics.
