Golden Gate Yacht Club replies to Masmejan's interview

In reply to Masmejan's interview, the Golden Gate Yacht Club publishes the following letter Russell Coutts sent Brad Butterworth on the 17th of October. These are the nine points the Americans had stated they had to be fulfilled before they dropped their lawsuit. They don't seem to be unreasonable and we consider them as minor, except for the two-boat testing requirement.

Without any doubt, it is also very interesting to read the GGYC's version on the negotiations so far between them and Alinghi, in direct divergence from Masmejan's account of the facts.
