well let us see if ggyc stics to its promise to help have an ac event in 2009. now it cannot be ernies fault no more.
what a shame! I've always been a fan of Oracle but somehow I got the impression that they turn out to be bad losers. Common guys, Americas Cup has absolutely nothing to do with democracy. The winner makes the rules, that's the rule.
Sorry, I personally think it was wrong to appeal the NY court.
Well done. But this puts the chance for a cup in 2009 to "0"...
