TV New Zealand reports on Wednesday's hearing in the NY Supreme Court
Once again TV New Zealand and Martin Tasker give us an excellent and succinct report on what took place during Wednesday's hearing in the NY Supreme Court, or better said on what didn't take place. Justice Cahn didn't take any decision or order anything but it appears we will not have to wait more than 10-15 days.
As the reporter states, both sides were happy and satisfied after the hearing. It seems that the happiest bunch of all are the lawyers that are getting paid 500 dollars an hour (is that NZ or US dollars?).
Still, the biggest surprise was to see CNEV's lawyer arguing in front of Justice Cahn, the same day Desafío Español was announcing it was parting ways with them in order to represent another Spanish yacht club.
