First day of AC racing in Valencia
It seems to be a lie but it's true. Valencia Sailing will be covering actual AC racing... in Valencia.
Two fleet races are scheduled today and the starting gun will be fired at 1pm local time, weather allowing of course. This week has been cold but sunny and hopefully by the time the 4 yachts hit the starting line the breeze will be strong enough.
The full report from the opening day of the 2nd Desafío Trophy should be online later on.

Where is TV? Where the journalist?
There are more people on a optimist race than this.
You must be from Oracle. Get over yourself.
technically speaking it is NOT ac racing, just iacc racing. but it's still much better than no racing at all.
Hi.
All I can see is trough the Webcam at the Desafio Base.

Any news?
Without "The Cup" nothimg else has any sense.
I agree - sailing is the least covered sport on the planet. Considering its team building potential I would think that universities would be all over it for its value in that arena.
I agree - sailing is the most under-reported sport on the planet. Considering its vast team-building potential I would think that every university would have a sailing program that all students - men, women and even geeks like me, can participate in rather than sports limited only to big gavones like football.
