[Source: BMW Oracle] San Diego, CA, September 18, 2009 – We were compelled to make a motion in the New York court to force SNG to disclose its secret June 5, 2009 agreement with ISAF.
In response to that motion, on September 17,2009, SNG waived its claim of confidentiality over the agreement.
As a result, we are now able to post the complete court papers on the current motion to compel compliance with the Deed and Judgment, as well as Russell Coutts'letter to ISAF on the secret agreement.

Russell is a poor kid who does not understand what mutual consent means. In the 32AC, there was mutual consent, hence association of CoR for a number of decisions. Here there is not, because you are just to stubburn to get to that point. Consequence: you just have to shut up and adapt. Th'at's life Russell!
The more I read of this SNG-ISAF deal, the more it stinks. SNG has let Bertarelli embarrass the Club, ruin the Cup and bring the sport into total disrepute. SNG should be removed as Trustee and the ISAF Executive Board should be replaced for gross malfeasance. It was bad enough when these clowns cut the Tornado from the Olympics. And now turning over their powers and rule-making to SNG? What a bunch of incompetents! And Bertarelli's choice of RAK as the venue? Any sailors living here in the UAE will tell you that no one in their right mind would run any regatta there, let alone the sport's pinnacle event. There's something rotten in RAK, and not just the wind.
