GGYC laywers send Justice Kornreich letter in reply to SNG
David Boies, GGYC's newly-appointed lawyer, sent Justice Kornreich a letter on Friday, in response to a previous letter SNG's lawyers sent her a week ago, where they alleged the America's Cup challenger "provided misleading information to US Coast Guard and NY Court".

BOFD has been in the cards since the beginning and it was only a matter of time that GGYC would get tired of waiting on SNG to get fair.
Question is, if SNG is removed where will RNZYS run the races between SNG & GGYC? Auckland or Valencia......
Obviously not too scared to make a visit to Pakistan ???
5:50 AM Other dumb Alinghi-lite. Obviously you don't understand the difference in profile, number of personnel being covered, media coverage, planning transport in security zones & etc between the 2 locations.
Heck you don't even know if it was a military, political or vacation visit so troll elsewhere.
