This guy is a clown, vomiting again and again the same old BS about "terrorism" in RAK.

Is it true that BOR will forfeit when the judge rules in favor of Alinghi tomorrow?

the journalist is biaised to say the least when he wishes luck to Boies. Normal, Boies loves the camera and the exposure and probably is a regular on CNBC.
But his speech is totally empty. Talking about terrorism is a joke, a proof of badfaith and only for that reason the Jusdge should rule in Alinghi's favour.
Go ALinghi! Go Home BOR!

His argument is pathetic. It'll be a joke if the judge buys this. Or worse: It could be the start of a diplomatic incident between the UA and the US...

A desperate last minute attempt by Ehman to get this guy some air time in the hope that the judge is watching. Yes, the forfeit will be declared tomorrow.

It's been said by GGYC that they can race in both places if the Judge goes with RAK. But to date there has been no statement from SNG on whether they will sail at Valencia if the Judge says there. Does that go back to SNG statement saying Valencia is unsafe due to the winds???

While the argument is weak, I wouldn't underestimate David Boies. He is arguably one of the best litigators in the country, and, as such, he isn't cheap. Clearly Ellison is flexing his muscle with this one and may very well be rewarded for it.

This afternoon at around 5pm PDT - "GGYC has filed a breach of fiduciary duty complaint against SNG in the New York Supreme Court for "reckless and repeated disregard in its stewardship of the America's Cup."

Press Release -

Read it & ask youself how anyone can support SNG/Alinghi

So many things wrong with this story! Bloody yanks. The anchor says that the America's cup is annual. Then the lawyer calls the deed of gift the deed of trust! As for the terrorism argument - looks like they are just scared "ooh ut what if something did happen?"

Well you smart guys, the judge has spoken and I guess you were all wrong with your pathetic predictions.
