Statement from Tom Ehman, Golden Gate Yacht Club Spokesperson
[Source: BMW Oracle] We're very pleased to see that Société Nautique de Geneve/Alinghi have finally agreed with us that Valencia in February is the correct venue to hold the 33rd America's Cup. Presumably SNG will now drop their appeal of the Court's decision that Ras Al Khaimah is an illegal venue.

Suerly Alinghi will drop their appeal when GGYC drop their litigation. Alinghi now own the high ground, they've made all the effort so perhaps now GGYC will just agree to get on with it.
There again pigs might fly.
i hope that GGYC stops fighting on court too.
kick the ass from tom ehman for this comment
forget the appeal...
the wing is up on DoGzilla!!!!
Poor answer Tom.
Does'nt look like you used to be.
Surprised ? You also need time ?
Oh, there is no place for you on the boat ....
SNG wants to go back to court as you can see it in their NOR. They are going against the judges wishes once again & SNG is going to get busted for changing the measurement rules & other items in the Deed & agreed to in court. Once again SNG is being arrogrant & cheating off the water. Thankfully GGYC is not dropping the BOFD suit.
